Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Axekin infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at axekin.quotable791@passmail.net containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material to be removed, with enough information to locate it (e.g., URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to axekin.quotable791@passmail.net. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Axekin maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
